Are we safe online?

October 2018 is the European Cybersecurity month!

Cyber security is something that reminds us about CIA, spies and Cyber war, but in fact is something that everybody should be responsible and informed about. Cyber security represents the intention to protect yourself (person, organization and/or government) from cyberattacks to your internet-connected system, including software, hardware and data. Even if you want too, sometime is hard to understand how to protect from them. ENISA, the European Agency for Network and Information Security, is launching the 6th Cyber Security Month  #CyberSecMonth, October 2018, to raise the awareness about the fact that internet security has to be a pre-requisite to a successful digitalization of your daily life and business with events and awareness campaigns in all the EU Member States. Dlearn celebrates the 6th #CyberSecMonth with the Kick of Meeting of IoTNuggets, which is a project aimed at developing a new methodology and framework with  model of digital competences about Cyber Security in the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem. The KOM has been hosted by a State University of Library and Information Technology in Sofia on the 9th and 10th of October 2018.
