Transparence

As approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and pursuant to the provisions of the art. 6 c. 2 Legislative Decree 78/2010, the administrative bodies are entitled to a reimbursement of expenses equal to 25 euros for participation in each regularly constituted and conducted meeting.
