Prof. Dr. Filipe Castro Soeiro is the President of XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, Germany. Professor of Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0. He is a senior international multidisciplinary academic, administrator and executive leader C-level with 25+ years of experience in growth and innovation strategies.
Fiona Fanning is Director of European Affairs for Certiport, a Pearson VUE Business, responsible for policy, advocacy with the European Institutions. As part of her work in advocating for the promotion of digital skills and certification in Europe, Fiona holds the position of co-Chair of the Board of Directors of the European e-Skills Association (EeSA), a community of stakeholders supporting the development of digital literacy and e-skills in Europe; she is also an advisory board member to All Digital Europe.
Fabrizio Di Marcantonio is a Senior Project Manager at Banking Cooperation for Europe – CBE – GEIE. During his career, he has become familiar with administrative, legal and financial rules, as well as project management operational processes and procedures related to European Communication funded projects. Moreover, he has acquired a deep knowledge of all the different types of tools necessary to provide proper communication management in different fields.
Gergana is a consultant in e-business, e-marketing and entrepreneurship, as well as an online entrepreneur and manager of “E-business Academy”. Having a masters degree in IT and Economics, she is initiator and coordinator of the projects “The small e-business – successful and effective” and “The small business – online”.
Professor Gregoris A. Makrides, holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from USA. He is teaching mathematics since 1986. He worked as a teacher trainer, as Dean of Enrolment Management and as Director of Research and International Relations. He is currently a professor of STEAME Education at the University of National Education Commission in Poland.
Giorgio De Bin is the Managing Director at the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce. He studied at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice where he obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics. When he moved to Belgium, he then obtained an Executive MBA from Solvay Business School with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship.
Graduated in management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, where he also completed a master’s degree in financial management. In LINK group, he is in position of Direction of the LINK Examinations Institute.

Dr. Jelena Titko is a Professor at EKA University of Applied Sciences. Administrative position: Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation. She is an expert of the Latvian Council of Science in the field of Economics and Entrepreneurship and Education management.
Mirela Mazalu is the Secretary-General of EucA, serving in this role since 2017. She expanded EucA’s membership from 4 to 17 European countries and established global relations on student affairs professionals with leading associations like NASPA and IASAS.
She has 20 years of experience in Project Management, with a specific focus on EU funded projects. Among her experiences she has been: – Evaluator and reviewer for the European Commission
He has 15+ years of expertise in operative management of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria), management of national and international projects in entrepreneurship support, VET courses to the business, getting-ready-for-capital trainings for startups and entrepreneurs, territorial cooperation, economic development, environmental performance, etc.
She is a consultant, with eighteen years experience in European projects, mainly in the field of education and training. She is responsible for IDEC lifelong learning centre, designing professional development courses for teachers and staff in education and training.
Expert in Economy and Business Development. Pál Boza, is co-owner and CEO of CAM Consulting. He graduated as economist in 2003. He started to work at the Hungarian Ministry of Economy and Transport.
Dr. Petyo Budakov graduated from the New Bulgarian University of Sofia, Bulgaria in December 2012 with Ph.D. in Visual arts. He is a faculty in the Department “Cinema, advertising and show business” and a visiting-lecturer & researcher at DEKRA University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany.
He is leader of the IT Centre at Lodz University of Technology. He is ìopen for collaboration with industry to change minds and abilities of students. He is expert in modern technology to create new devices and applications.
Since 1986 he has been assistant professor, assistant lecturer at the Department of Sociology of ELTE. He has 25 years of training practice in conflict management, communication, anti-discrimination and other skills training.
Silvija Stanić is a psychologist, gestalt psychotherapist, child rights specialist, working in Parents Association Step by Step as Executive director. She is active in programs aimed at providing psychosocial assistance and support to children and families and also the author of several publications aimed at young people, parents and professionals in the field of family protection.
Graduated in Education and Training Sciences, with many years of experience in European projects mainly in the field of social policies. He works in the Social Cooperative Arnera from January 2015 as Head of European project office of the Cooperative. He has many years of experience as a trainer on the European project for public and private organizations.
Project Manager and Advisor at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pécs-Baranya, with extensive experience in supporting regional economic development, innovation, and EU-funded initiatives. Currently managing the Circ-Uits Project, coordinating international partnerships, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring the successful delivery of objectives within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
She is a project and language courses manager at Adult Education Centre Žalec. She has run several projects such as Initial Integration of Migrants (AMIF), Intercultural Dialogue with Third-Country Nationals (EIF) , Non-formal Programes for Adults (ESF), Lifelong Learning Week etc.
She holds a BSc in Business administration (University of Piraeus, Greece) and an MSc in Computer Science (University College London, UK). She is an IS analyst and developer and has 13 years of experience in managing transnational teams and participating in research projects with particular experience in the field of quality assurance, ICT and vocational training.
Yves Denneulin got his PhD in 1998 from the University of Lille in 1998 and is a full professor at Grenoble INP in computer science since 2008. His domains of expertise are high performance computing, cloud computing and computer security. He was head of the french computer science engineering school Ensimag from 2012 to 2017.
Zoltan Tihanyi has several years’ experience in managing teams. As a Business Unit Manager, he has had full P&L responsibility and managed a small company as a director. He also has good skills for building connections and relations with potential partners, customers and vendors.
