The European Digital Learning Network ETS – DLEARN is a European network established in Italy in January 2016, following a Europe-wide survey on digital education. Founded to address the challenges of the digital revolution and the growing digital skills gap, DLEARN is committed to promoting a more inclusive and accessible digital society. DLEARN brings together a diverse network of 34 organizations from 20 European countries, all active in education and digital learning at different levels. By fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and launching innovative initiatives, the network strengthens digital learning and encourages the use of ICT as a tool for integrating citizens into the digital economy. Its core philosophy is encapsulated in four guiding principles: SHARE, CONNECT, MULTIPLY, ENHANCE.
