Marco Milano was born in Turin, Italy, in 1972. Degree in Law at the University of Turin in 1998 and the post graduate certificate in European project design from the Polytechnic of Turin in 2000. Freelance senior expert on European project design, technical assistance, project management and evaluation of public policies related to ERDF, ESF, Interreg, Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation, European thematic programmes like Erasmus+. Over the last 25 years he has developed a good knowledge mainly in the fields of age management, active ageing, life-long learning, social innovation and transnational mobility, vocational training and digital learning. His specific areas of expertise include: project and programme management (in 2016 he received a Project Manager Certificate issued by the Italian institute of PM), business start-up, training and communication.
