Dr. Petyo Budakov graduated from the New Bulgarian University of Sofia, Bulgaria in December 2012 with Ph.D. in Visual arts. He is a faculty in the Department “Cinema, advertising and show business” and a visiting-lecturer & researcher at DEKRA University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany.

His research interests are focused on the establishment and development of innovative and effective e-learning & blended learning strategies and platforms that move beyond the traditional e-learning approaches.
