Mirela Mazalu is the Secretary-General of EucA, serving in this role since 2017. She expanded EucA’s membership from 4 to 17 European countries and established global relations on student affairs professionals with leading associations like NASPA and IASAS. Her focus includes research on soft skills, mobility, employability, and active citizenship for students. Since 2021, she led a team creating online career coaching courses for university students. She co-founded EucA’s European Conference for Student Affairs, the leading European professional development conference for students affairs.
