[1].

For a long time, companies have been making a lot of digital transformation efforts addressing the threat of incumbents as well as startups disrupting the market. Progress was very slow until the COVID-19 pandemic has had occurred affecting all our lives and beyond. This, many retailers have changed the way they operate and reinforce contactless deliveries so that consumers can receive their products safely. Moreover, IT professionals re-prioritized their strategic IT roadmaps, with many embracing cloud software for video collaboration and installing Machine Learning (ML) software to help companies monitor how items move through supply chains [2].

Furthermore, the field of education has been influenced by digital transformation as well [3]. The digital transition has had an impact on classrooms and how teachers communicate with their pupils, from elementary school teachers to those in higher education. The COVID-19 pandemic, which shut down schools in innumerable locations around the world, has expedited these changes. Many schools and teachers have resorted to technology to help students stay on track with their education. However, online learning is not the only one way that digital technology and improvements have influenced students and classroom practices. The following eight digital trends emerged as the schools put the digital transformation into action:
